  • Hila Dahan

    AUTHOR

    Hila Dahan is a mother of two wonderful boys and a founding partner at 33 Sticks. With a love for no. 2 pencils, she is an analytics hustler and master negotiator. Hila brings 18 years of optimization and digital experimentation experience to her work, advising some of the most recognizable brands, such as Harvard Business Review, Hallmark, and Adobe.

    A natural storyteller, Hila is a sought-after speaker, consistently one of the top-rated speakers at Adobe Summit, and a mainstay as a judge of Adobe's yearly Adobe Analytics Challenge. She also shares her expertise with the next generation through her role as an instructor at UC Irvine and as a mentor at The Lean Startup Machine.

  • Jason Thompson

    AUTHOR

    Jason Thompson is a father, chef, and a versatile musician who plays bass, piano, and guitar. He is a co-owner of 33 Sticks, a boutique analytics agency that advises some of the largest and most recognizable brands in the world on data-driven customer experience optimization. Jason brings over 20 years of analytics and optimization experience, having been a part of the original technical implementation team at Omniture.

    Jason volunteers his time as a mentor at the University of Utah's David Eccles School of Business and serves as an Executive Board Member at East Tennessee State University's Department of Media and Communications and Industry Fellow at ETSU's Research Corporation.

  • Shai Dahan

    ILLUSTRATOR

    Born in 1979, Shai Dahan is an award-winning American contemporary painter and illustrator. Growing up in Los Angeles, Shai was introduced to street art culture early in life. Inspired by graffiti and skateboard culture, he picked up his first spray can at the age of 14, eventually transitioning to large-scale murals, gallery paintings, and bronze sculptures.

    After the birth of his first child in 2014, Shai began illustrating and writing children's books. He now resides in Sweden with his wife and three children, continuing to write, illustrate, and publish fun, adventurous, and educational children's books.
